partners to examine entire books of business. The exercise may be to evaluate
case and IBNR reserving, considerations for purchase or sale of a company
or to validate internal reserving protocols. Advise on contemplated tactical
marketing plans including line of business, required core competency,
production channel, and territorial decisions.
Undertake operational due diligence and analysis of potential or existing
acquisitions, business partners and programs.
